This well appointed home has a brand new deluxe designer kitchen and plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining. There is an outdoor spa pool overlooking the expanse of Hot Water Beach and a private track leading to the secluded Northern end of the beach.
Take long walks on the beach, or on the farm and experience the abundance of wild turkeys, pheasants, paradise ducks, quail, angora goats, wild rosella's, tui's and wood pigeon's. Watch the dolphins frolic in the bay, and if you're lucky, the Orca's too!
